Yes! We welcome nonprofit and church partnerships. We can provide donated goods, volunteer help, or even financial sponsorship depending on your event and audience.

While we do not charge for individual assistance, small handling fees may apply for bulk distributions to partner organizations. 100% of those fees support our housing and restoration programs for women and families.

We ask for: 

• A sign-in sheet from your event with the date.
• A short impact story or testimony (if possible).

This helps us report our impact and continue receiving donated goods.

Yes. Whether someone is in immediate crisis, they can contact us directly for support or be referred through a partner organization.

You can:

• Donate financially or through goods.
• Partner with us for events or outreach.
• Volunteer your time or skills.

1. Pray for our staff, guests, and programs.

NCC works with and supports nonprofits, schools and faith organizations throughout northeast Ohio. The program helps these partners obtain the supplies they need to run their programs and meet the needs of the people they serve. Because of generous corporate donations, NCC is able to maximize nonprofits’ limited funding by providing resources at nominal handling fees.

Membership – You must be a registered 501(c)(3) with a verified EIN Number, school or faith-based organization

Yes, please.  To ensure you get top service, please contact New Creation Center support team for Hours. 

The warehouse generally is open by appointment as of now.

We will assist when possible, but please don’t count on us. You might want to bring extra hands.

Our goal is to meet your needs. Please let us know what would be useful.  In time, we may be able to facilitate group purchases on items with high demand.
